Handing over of accommodation and keys takes place on the agreed date. You should check and record the condition and inventory of the accommodation with your new tenant when the tenant moves in and when the tenant vacates the property. We can provide you with appropriate forms.

When all accounts concerning the tenancy have been settled, you draw up the deposit account and refund the remaining deposit to the tenant. And, if any questions or problems arise during the tenancy, the HomeCompany will assist you at all times.
